Shipping Guide For Canada
Orders placed on ca.addmotor.com for Canadian shipping will be dispatched from Aurora, Ontario, exclusively for Canadian customers. We offer FREE SHIPPING across Canada, though a Provincial Sales Tax may apply depending on the province. Please note that shipments to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon are currently unavailable.
Note:
Due to shipping limitations, direct shipments of CITYTRI E-310, Grandtan II, ARISETAN II M-360, TRIKETAN II M-330, and CITYPRO E-43 from Aurora, Ontario, Canada, will enjoy free shipping across Canada.
For shipments from Canada to Canada, Provincial Sales Tax will apply(Different Provincial Sales Tax for each State).
For cross-border shipments from the US to Canada, a shipping fee and tariff/broker fees will apply.

Processing Time
Your in-stock order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 2 to 10 business days after we received your confirmation email. Any orders placed over the weekend, holiday or orders received and confirmed after 1 pm on weekdays will be processed the next working day.
Transit Time
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately in the email provided to us during checkout. You also have an option to check the updated info in your Addmotor account. Delivery times will vary depending on how far the destination is from our Aurora warehouse.
Which carriers do we use?
We ship most electric bicycles via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator. An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.
Backorders:
From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order informing you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different electric bicycle, or cancel the order altogether.
Once back orders arrive, we will be informing you by email of your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.
We will do us every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
NOTES
1) Usually, we will process your order once you finish your payment. But sometimes we may have to verify your order before we process it by sending you an email or calling you. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
2) Please provide us with a detailed and correct delivery address and a phone number so that we can deliver your order successfully. The customer will bear full responsibility for the loss of the parcel on the way due to the wrong delivery address.
3) We are unable to change the address once your order has been shipped out. Any and all expenses of modifying the delivery address after delivery will be covered by the customer.
